Form entries are stored in the website’s form tool so the PatientSaathi team can follow up. We do not sell this information. We do not share it with doctors, pharmacies, or other third parties from this form.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete a registration you sent. Use the interest form on the homepage, mention the mobile number you used, and say that you want the entry updated or removed.
